Republic pays for training?

Sounds like you need to research what it takes to become a pilot in the US a bit more. It also sounds like you are getting your information from a flight attendant. During indoc a wise flight attendant told me "man if I only would have known that with 4 more weeks of training i could have been a pilot. I would much rather be a pilot than a flight attendant..."

Man that is really funny, but probably really true. I have met some flight attendants that probably were sharp enough to become a pilots but some that ….. well probably shouldn’t have even been flight attendants.
Hiring airline employees usually boils down H.R wanting the lowest bidder.

I think you might be thinking that 'pay for training' is paid during training. Or I might be wrong and your thinking that they are going to pay for your flight training to fly for them. A little more info into what you are looking for would clear it up.
