Republic Situation?
 

So, it's been a while since I last looked to these forums for an update. I had an April 18th Republic class date that got cancelled.

I really tried to read through 35 pages of BS to get an idea of what’s happening, however, very little useful information was found.

Can someone explain what happened to the Republic classes and are they gone forever?

It might be a while based on a certian meeting that is supposed to happen tommorow regarding the lack of profitability from the un-approved aquisition of an animal centric airline...

That makes sense. Way to condense 35 pages!

We got a situation?

republic is having flying moved to shuttle. Don't expect any republic classes for a while. CHQ and shuttle is the only way in.

I would count your lucky stars that you didn't end up here and go find a job at a company that at least pretends like it cares about their employees.

Isn't BB going to ask for major concessions to try and save Frontier?

The best decision I ever made in my life was to not smoke crack when offered to me at the tender age of 14.....the second best decision I ever made was to quit that hole of an airline. I left in january and every day progressively gets better than the day before. Lost weight, got my gf back, hair is growing back, making new friends, and all in all loving life. Avoid that hole and go work at Home Depot.

I guess I read that part a bit too quickly. I skipped over the "gf" and the comma, and thought, "Why would anybody be happy to have his back hair regrow?" :eek:

Yeah, the Midwest pilots got a lot of lip service like that too, but all the public cares about is saving nine bucks on a round trip to Ft. Lauderdale.
