Right now reserves are flying a lot but I am sure it depends on the base. When I talked to CS the other day she said they were extremely short on reserves in ORD. Right now reserves are breaking the minimum (75-80hrs per month) but that may change in a few months when we are adequately staffed.

Also the Bose X is TSO'd but SkyWest does not currently require a TSO'd headset.

Flight benefits for a spouse I think are the same for employees, two weeks for United and 30 days for Delta. Buddy passes are six months for UA and 12 months for Delta. That's from date of hire.

Medical benefits start the first of the month following 90 days of service (As little as 3 months, as much as 4 months).
