I have an offer from xjet and eagle and I'm trying to figure out the best choice. Thanks for any advice.

Yeah, there are several threads on this topic. But best advice I can give you...
Don't base your career choices solely on what a bunch of anonymous random people say online.

Don't just read these forums. Google news about both companies and the regional airline industry. Read what the business people have to say and then decide which company will give you the best job security and any other goals you may have. Good luck, the jobs are your's to loose once you get the invitation to interview.
