CRJ 200/700/900 Training material

I am looking for some training material for CRJ. If anyone has some good PDF files, CBT files or anything I can get my hands on, please advise. Thanks in advance.

Sorry friend, but in a post-9/11 world, such materials are a bit security sensitive (if not full-blown SSI). Particularly for someone who just joined the site.
