Just more for you to learn, as it's clear you still have a lot to learn.

No kidding. :(

Interesting how those of us who've been in this industry for twenty plus years are being lectured to by so many of these brand new pilots who have very little, if any real historical knowledge of this industry. We were not born yesterday. We've seen and experienced the many changes to this industry FIRST HAND. We've lived it! We are not uneducated, starry eyed, inexperienced-in-the-ways-of-the-airlines newbies. We are YOU (!), but with twenty years of experience living the airline life. Think about that.

You guys get some good koolade, go learn something from the UAL pilots, or even better the AA pilots who havent even been through BK.

Now you gone and did it, you do understand this forum is dominated by Delta and GoJet haters... Just saying :D

You are correct. He has been in the business for less than a year but he knows everything! Don't even question him because he is that good. Not to mention the fact that whenever FACTS are brought into the conversation he somehow disappears and tries to pretend that he somehow over looked them.

Lol, thanks for that. More like I will have 1,000+ in a Legacy, err, E-145 in 6-10 months since I just started my first professional job a few months ago. I have 1,500+ hours of Global time, well it's really just CRJ-700 and 900 time, but it close enough right?

Alright kids, lots of great jabs, congrats on that.

Now, let's talk about the DFW expansion for 100 seat planes, mmmm, k?

Hugs and kisses,

Tony

The flow is there divested or not. They are trying to take your QOL and Pay to force to move else where. And if you don't go they will bring your pay down to what they would pay someone else. In other words they want you to fly for them but they are not going to pay you 6 figures to fly an RJ. You can stay at Eagle for less or move on to bigger and better things. That is what is happening here.

Again, I'm more then familiar with "what's happening" at Eagle. Actually, what's happening NOW has been happening for many years.

Also, what are we going to do, buy the airplanes that RAH is selling because they can't fly them for profit under Frontier and can't get a dancing partner for them, better yet, lease RJs from AMR and fly them for Delta and United. Ohh you are referring to then stealing the CRJ from other carriers, I get it we are going to enter the whipsaw game with carriers who have less of a longevity than we do. AMR is building trying to build fortress (the cornerstone plan they have) why in the hell would they allow Eagle to bring in competition. At that point Eagle becomes a direct competitor. We have slots and gates but for one minute don't think AMR will let Eagle use those against them. You want to fly a Delta or United airplane see you in terminal E. I might be new here but understand business a little better than you Sir.

You're still figuring out how to bid my friend. I had 24 years at Eagle until this year and have forgotten more about AMR then you'll know for many, many years.

Perhaps it's time to concentrate more on your flying and less on convincing yourself you've got everything and everyone figured out.

Now your adding determining the best interests of senior Eagle pilots to your impressive resume. My god, is this what Eagle is turning into since I left ?

Did you and wingtip record your IOE as "dual given" in your logbooks ?

What the he** is going on at this carrier and just who are they hiring nowadays ? :(

Well Tony, you beat my last post. It's simply VERY difficult to be lectured about a company I've spent almost 25 years at from someone fresh off probation. I think the 100-seater/DFW issue has been beaten like a rented mule.

The fact is, NO ONE knows what the ultimate result of this will be and the wildcards of both pilots CBA's at AA and Eagle play an integral part of what it WILL become. THAT, we will have to wait and see.
