Default Skywest PDX senority?

Does anybody know how senior the Skywest PDX base is? I think it's an all EMB-120 base, right? Are they hiring into PDX? If so, any info on current upgrade time?

I ask because I noticed they are holding a pilot job fair at PDX next month, and was thinking of attending.

Thanks

Very Senior for captains. Looks like a few FO's at less than 1 year.

I fly the Emb (Bro) out of FAT. PDX is very senior on the CA side and will take you 4+ years to get there as CA. There are also rumors of down sizing the base. But as an FO you can get there within 6 months, easily. Especially with the flow that is going on to the jet.

Most likely you will end up in FAT, but a large portion of out lines work the PDX system.

I check the FO list and the most JR FO is 2257 out of 2462 pilots. He was hired in July. PDX only has 17 FO’s and only 15 lines are built.

Good luck and let me know if you have anymore questions.

Thanks for the info. So the fact that the job fair is taking place in PDX doesn't mean that they're looking to fill seats in that base. Good to know.
