Eagle interview Dec 21st
 

Just seeing if anyone will be at the Dec 21st interview for eagle just got the offer yesterday to go.

Ya I dont see that happening but good luck if you do go!

I wouldn't count on it....

I suggest reading the newspaper on American today before you make any foolish decisions.

Heck I'd be worried If I was hired in the last year let alone a future interview.

we are so short staffed right now, and now this is going to drive people who were already planning on leaving/have been interviewing at spirit/j6 out of here........however ya a 10% cut is likely at Eagle, however if they bust scope like they want, it might be 10% growth.

I wouldn't panic unless there are notices sent out. Like wingtips said, we have been hiring like the place just opened, and only slowed down this month because of a backup in training.. We are short, and I think the contract is where we will get hit, not necessarily furloughs. But then again I wasn't sure this day would come. Just roll with the punches...

Short staffed? Where are you seeing this? From what i see we are pretty fat on pilots. Top reserve guys are only flying 10-15 hours a month. I have a good bud who hasn't flown since he got off IOE 3 weeks ago and he is at the bottom of the reserve list.

Well go look at Miami FO EMJ reserve list for Dec 2nd-15th........ Also JFK is super short on the FO EMJ side, and LGA is following up fast behind it. If they could get the staffing correct in the bases it would help, but until they stop putting days as REDDER and calling critical coverage.....we are short staffed. Also its DEC and this crap is going on, imagine if we kept our current staffing numbers and it was July, we would all be tapped out on Junior Mans like last summer.
