Does Colgan require you to provide your own headset?

I don't know. Pinnacle did so I'm guessing yes, but you really, really want your own headset.

Do you know if Colgan/Pinnacle is using the 6pin or dual plug?

I don't think of ANY airlines that use 6-pin... everyone uses dual plug...

Yes, you have to provide your own headseat and flight case. There are only dual plugs in the Saab and Q.

Bose QC-15 with the UFlyMike, works great in Saab and Q
