Mesaba Check In?

Just curious. Do Mesaba pilots still check in from home while the native 9E folks are required to check in at the airport one hour prior in domicile?

Not just from home, anywhere within 4 hours of report.

Pinnacle use to be able to check-in from any computer, until a few people ruined that for everyone
