Colgan Pay Issues

Is [email protected] still a valid email to get pay issues corrected? Because ive filled out 2 pay discrepancy forms and emailed ALPA TWICE within a week and no response from either parties.

Is it going to continue to be a nightmare at this place?

That email is not used any longer.

Fill out a pay discrepancy form online, and fill out an online complaint under the grievance section on the ALPA website

What he said. [email protected] has been discontinued since Nov 1st last year.

Milk Man 02-05-2012 10:29 AM

Really? Wow, I hate picking up stuff on res lines, credit is never right

captain152 02-05-2012 10:34 AM

All pay related issues are suppose to be taken up with your local MEC reps if you don't hear back from payroll.

So there should still be people handling the issues. It's just not one dedicated person anymore.

sinsilvia666 02-05-2012 01:25 PM

there is also a pay discrepancy email they just sent out through crewtrac too

Start with your supervisor (regional chief pilot), that is their job.

Oh right. if you're at colgan and on reserve you've only been there a few months. Over 3.5 years on reserve (as an FO), and you learn not to pick up stuff, because the more reserves pick up the less lines they have to build. *facepalm*

Isn't that true for line holders as well??? ;)

Been here 4 years bub... was off a reserve/standup line for only about 5 months and am back on them... and not by direct choice so the only way to make money is to pick up rsv days. Living in base makes all the difference... that and babies got to eat dood! Lol...

Maybe your comprehension level is low, but I dont think your understanding what I said.

I got stuck with a reserve line. I have 11 days off, on those 11 days off I pick up open time.

Wow, didnt think it was that difficult from my post "I hate picking up stuff on RES LINES, credit is never right"

Check those paystubs...

Seems like it is time to go through another payroll issue. Where does it end?

Apparent Rainmaker doesn't know how to make it rain....

captain152 03-15-2012 09:57 AM

Mine is accurate. Per diem is shown differently (numbers calculated are shown), but accurate.

Short $2,000?!?! That's grounds for getting a dam lawyer involved!!

Made a few calls, was told it was a payroll error and that they are working on it to fix it. Funny, I thought that we already "fixed it"

captain152 03-15-2012 11:21 AM

Well on the bright side they did give us the new per diem rate. $1.70 now! Woohoo! .... ........ ......................

I think Rainmaker made it rain quite a bit more for a lot of folks. I'm glad I'm not one of em!

So I'm not "allowed" to pick up open time as a reserve because it will decrease the number of lines and I will be on reserve longer. Using the same logic, I am not allowed to pick up open time as a lineholder for the same reason. Obviously no picking up open time during furloughs or downgrades. So when do I have your permission to pick up open time?

Your not even allowed to work at a regional because it degrades the industry! Let alone pick up open time while at a regional. How dare you.

Blackbird 03-15-2012 12:58 PM

Short almost a $1,000 bucks here. And no raise or response to emails.

Milk Man 03-15-2012 01:20 PM

Short 18hrs credit

seahawker01 03-16-2012 06:38 AM

Short $800. I can see me being the safest pilot in the air today or should I say on the ground today.

Laxrox43 03-16-2012 07:57 AM

I'm out $840 and change for per diem while in training.
