Canada Waiver

On a few of the regional applications that I have filled out it asks for criminal convictions and if you hit yes it asks if you have a waiver from Canada. What is this waiver? Would I need one for a ticker for disorderly conduct from 2007 and an underage from 2008? If I do how so I go about getting one and how long does it take?

underage in Canada?

Underage in Canada? The age is only 18 and it's expensive to drink in Canada. At least in bc.

Depends on the Province, some are 19 some are 18.

Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec are 18. The rest are 19. Get the waiver. I had a flight attendant that was denied entry and sent back to the U.S. on the next flight.

Were you convicted of an offense or were you given a Ticket under a bylaw?

I dont think the underage would be a problem, but the disorderly conduct may be something you would have to apply for rehabilitation for.
