9E/9L website down?

I am going to be stuck in SDF and not be able to commute home if they don't hurry up and fix this problem, CASS won't work. We already out of business?!

Cass is a separate company. Doesn't have anything to do with 9E approval or not, and I believe it's a one time payment ??? Any correct me if I am wrong, at least thats how it was years ago when I worked on another Jumpseat committee
