Thanks to everyone for the input! I will try to transfer to MIA using the MIDT. As for now I will try to drop as many days as I can then!

I just would advice you to do it now. Esp. if your more junior than the most junior person. I say this because the staffing would appear as though MIA ERJ will see vacancy's not displacements for now.
