Republic has been trying to sell their Q400 aircraft for awhile now. I do believe because of that reason that at least one or two of their planes are painted in the solid white livery, rather than the Frontier colors. This might be useless information but Republic could probably start operating their aircraft as united express right now before they have a chance to get repainted if they wanted to.
