You don't have one. You're trying to tie this guy to Pinnacle, and Pinnacle's demise, but the fact is he doesn't work there.

Well at least now we have the facts.

And why call out this guy with his name? He hasn't done anything wrong, and yet this thread titled is named of him, as if this is all about him. Not cool.

Because I see his name 3 times on every single APC page.

It's an advertisement banner, something he probably signed off on. A name on a banner won't hit google search hits, but a thread title after him would. How would you like to be called out on a forum like that?

He's got his name out all over the internet on ads, which he signed off on... and you're concerned about his name on a thread?

Haha, well, ATP makes you sign this LONG agreement w hen you go there and it's in the fine print "we can use your name in ads" along with 2000 other things. I doubt he realized his name would be used like this. Also, they give you that agreement the first day along with a ton of other paperwork and you've already bought a plane ticket and schlepped 1000 miles to go attend ATP, so it's not like you feel like you can back out.

What you said. ^^
Come on Shy, your smarter than that. His name is on the ad. He sold his soul already. Nothing to see here....move along.
