Thumbs down

Time to return to bottom feeder status again. "Hey Mav, you got that number of that truck-driving school?"

I think the title is misleading (as of right now). This seems like this is only a motion filed by 9E. I don't see anything that the judge actually granted the request...I could be wrong though. Can anyone else check my work please. Thanks.

Its just the motion to reject the CBA. I personally do not think the judge will grant the request on this go, the term sheet is so far out there that everyone would quit if they imposed those terms.

Management only filed the paperwork. There is going to be a trial. As of now the JCBA is in full affect.

I will say this though, the company will give us a revised termsheet to show the court how reasonable they are then eventually the court will rule in managements favor. Management will either be allowed to impose the most recent termsheet or impose what they want.

We need a negotiated contract otherwise the company will fold.

Yet another example of how unions are essentially powerless. We all know what the company's end game is. I hope ALPA's lawyers are ready for a dirty fight.
