I get on this am and started updating and I received an email 20 min later that I am no longer being considered. The review was in 2 days, not one , and I didnt even finish. Anyone else get this?

I got the email about my application being reviewed in 2 days but never went and updated my application online. Two days later I got an email requesting an interview.

Hopefully they will still review your application at the 2 day mark so make sure your application is fully up to date and reflects all current information (check all times, dates for certs, and overall accuracy). It also wouldn't hurt to email L.C. and just ask if there was a reason for the "no longer being considered" and what you can do to improve if that's the case.

That's right, ask them why you are not good enough. If they are willing, maybe AMR will tell him why he is such a loser, and perhaps tell him what he can do to improve himself and make him worthy of joining this elitist bankrupt carrier.

Sounds like nothing's changed there. Wait till you go thru their ridiculously lengthy interview and get conditionally hired only to be turned down by the review board with no explanation. Clean record and all. Also don't forget to bring whiteout!:o

Lengthy interview??? Is just 1 day, if that's long, you better start looking for other career.

+1, its an easy day, and they buy you lunch. The gouges online are spot on, show up, do a laid back HR, do a quick sim in a Barron frasca. Do a tech section based mainly off Jepps and the last plane you flown. Its all spot on from the gouge (subject to chance since this is 2 year old info).

However lengthy interview, I thought Colgan was a lengthy interview since they accidentally book 2 days worth of people on one day, and then admitted it when all the people showed up. They also got halfway through the day and mixed up peoples sim reviews and wanted to start all over.

A tech interview, HR interview and brief sim session. All in the same day and done with probably the most efficiency of any department at AMR. Plus I am pretty sure they A pass you.

My interview at ExpressJet was terribly disorganized, the equivalent of getting D3d which meant over 10 hours at the airport, started an hour and a half late, and took 2 days. For 3 people (only 2 of us made it to day two).

This by no means is to criticize XJT - just by comparison, Eagle's interview was damn clock work, to the point and very straight forward. Good luck to those interviewing. Then EXTRA good luck once you get here, we'll all need it.

Um about 9 hours the first day with lots of waiting then also a second day for drug testing. Pretty lengthy compared to the 1 or 2 hours at some other places.

What 121 airline has a 1 hour interview?
