CHQ CRJs going to SDF or IAH first?

Do any of you CHQ guys know if the CRJ is going first to IAH or to SDF? Also, I understand why the CRJ will be in Houston (CAL), but whats behind sending it to SDF?

Word on the street is that CRJ is going to IAH first.
