Air Whiskey hiring?

Friend of mine got called to interview next week. The last gouge on w4f was from 2008. Are they finally seeing some attrition?

Yeah it's for attrition. On a line check the other day, our guy said 8 more by the end of this month and 20 new hires on November.. Gonna pull the trigger on upgrades once those new guys get moving.

I do know they are gunning for Comair guys.. This airline has a lot of integrity and ALPA history. The guys in ATW are wanting to put CMR guys to work and I couldn't agree more.

Saying Air Whiskey has integrity made me laugh

How much attrition has there been? Where are people going? Decent place to work but its facing a big lack of growth.

Let me rephrase.... We hire good people.

Not too much, but enough to make an FO's life not too bad.. Lines are easily obtained lately in certain bases.

What is the most junior base and how long will you be on reserve as a new hire?

Orf is junior although its not out of the question to get the base of your choice right out of Appleton. Just expect to be on reserve longer. I think Orf reserve is bout 6 moths now.

I got an email last week stating position filled but they will keep my information for future openings. On the website, I'm still being reviewed. I'm a little confused now that I'm hearing they are hiring on here. Just curious if anyone has some insight.
