Found this little section about DCI in a book. Thought you all might find it interesting to just how much has changed (or hasn't) in 22 years.

The routes of those regional airlines look a lot more regional than they do now.

Hey, I've flown two of the four airplanes pictured. Still driving one of em.

Still don't know if I'll go to the "regional" jets my company operates voluntarily or not. Not sure if I have to turn my man card in first if I do.

Thats what regional flying is. I was flying a saab and was proud of it cause we did routes like that. Although the jet guys gave us abunch of crap for the slob.
