Usually an upgrade also means a base change, so you have a lot of FO's that won't upgrade until they can hold a line in the base they're currently at. Right now we're in the middle of a huge hiring trend...I wouldn't be surprised if we hit 2,000 pilots next year and that's probably going to decrease the upgrade time a little bit. Of course, it's anyones guess what'll happen next month...

How bad are you guys going to be need pilots?

Will you be in a hiring trend as lets say the current XJT?

If you have 1500 and 300ish and are not an ass, send in your resume asap. Nuff said.

Best guess is we're going to need an additional 300-400 pilots over the next couple of months...that's my WAG. People are getting added to the seniority list on almost a weekly basis.
