I am just asking for factual information. How big is the total compensation cut for this T.A.? (Out of those few that will remian on property.) Has anyone done an actual analysis? I have heard around 35%. I have obviously not seen this contract, but have heard the 900 rates are $83 peak pay, and upgrades resetting at 1st year captain rates. Is this true?

What do you mean agreement? Delta now owns Pinnacle....they can do whatever they want. They can shut it down tomorrow if they want. Are you saying they have to honor an agreement they have with themselves? Pinnacle is now a Delta subsidiary...wholly owned. There are no more agreements, CPAs, ect. Delta can keep them or shut them down whenever they want.....they own them.

That's the part they don't understand. I just can't fathom that 1400'ish pilots are going to be jobless regardless, yet they still checked the yes box on the ballot. But what do I know; I only came from Comair! I feel the immortal words of the ancients are fitting. "Fool me once, shame on me; Fool me twice, well you all know the rest!

Can you please reiterate and explain how you "Colganites" have any say in what will happen. The floor is wide open.

Sure. Ok we are represented by Alpa. We have a vote on a "tentative agreement". By us having a vote, we have a say in what will happen. It could turn out like the last presidential election where I vote and didn't get what I want. Anything else?

When Delta votes, they are guaranteed to get what they want.

Someone from Comair can chime in on this. If I remember right Comair had a gaurentee on fleet size too. Is there a minimum utilization in the bridge agreement? They also said pinnacle can obtain flying from other majors. But now they are going to be owned by delta. Their actions are a lot different then what they say.
