POSITION DESCRIPTION (One paragraph basic position summary)



Assist the Captain in safely flying our cargo planes and cargo to the islands we service.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):



Key Responsibilities:



1. Assists the Captain in flight planning in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.



2. Reports punctually for duty in proper attire (i.e. in uniform for flight duty), at the appointed time and place, prior to the scheduled time of departure at the dispatching office.



3. Reads and initials Pilot Directives



4. Complies with all regulations and Company policies/procedures applicable to the performance of duties.



5. Reports to assigned aircraft at least 20 minutes prior to departure to complete the exterior and interior preflight checklist items.



6. Assists the Captain in all other duties as assigned.






Education and/or Experience



· United States Citizenship or resident alien with a work permit (Green Card).



· High School Diploma and a minimum of 60 college credit hours, or an associate’s degree from and accredited university and/or college.



· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or college preferred



· SAAB SF340: 1500 hours total flight time and 50 hours multi-engine jet or turboprop experience.



· 1000 hours multiengine jet or turboprop experience preferred.



· FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with “English Proficient” endorsement.



· FCC “Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit”.



· Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate without waivers. Vision 20/20 corrected.



· Must be able to fluently read, speak and understand the English language.

Thanks for that, I sent my resume. Are they in Cass? Since I'm not flying at 3M, constantly getting reserve schedules, I'll go somewhere that I can fly.
