Yes you are better off flight instructing! Colgan may be good for a Year and thats it if I were you stay away so what u might have to flight Instruct 4 a few more months then u can go to a decent airline like expressjet or eagle. Where screw scheduling wont try to make you do illegal things and where everything is good.
