Okay, now that you have found out what CBT is, try ” sounding”. I'm not sure which is more ” interesting”.

At least you get paid for the CBT. We have to do it here and don't get paid a cent. I try to get them done on my overnights so at least I earn some per diem for doing it.

Uh, you do know we (SkyWest) get paid for those right?

At k4 we have twice a year AQP "testing". You can do it at home and not get paid.... or you can go to our training center on the first day of your bid line for the month and accomplish it and get 1 hour of pay... oh and you have to commute on your own to do it.... no ticket from the company. Grieved by the Union...no resolution.
