AWAC current pay
 

Any 1st or 2nd year AWAC pilots that can give me an idea of what pay is currently, including soft pay with the duty and trip rigs. What is take home after taxes etc.

1st year with an approx. 90 hr line, net pay/month: 2200-2300
2nd year (same criteria): 3000 or so.

Things to keep in mind with my numbers: taxes went up at almost the exact same time I went on 2nd year pay. I live in FL so I don't have a state income tax. Picking up daily open time is key despite our above average FO pay. Duty and trip rigs seems to rarely apply to my schedule. They like to build trips that just meet the minimums so that neither will apply to raise the credit hours (example: a 74 hour TAFB 4 day worth 19 credit hours. The trip rig would put that trip at a minimum of 18.5 hours, so technically the rig is moot while still being a low paying trip).
