This particular gate agent was reported probably hundreds of times over the course of my employment, nothing was ever done.

I had a gate agent who was a total loser not get me on a flight when I was there long before she closed the flight out. The captain was insisting she let me board and she still refused. The supervisor came over after the flight left and apologized for her bahavior and told me she should have gotten me on the flight. A lot of good that does anybody, what good is a supervisor if they can't either override what the gate agent says OR get them in trouble for not doing their job the way they should? And since when did your CASS priviledge become at the discretion of the gate agent?
