"Easy" fix. Spread the petition to railroad forums as well as to aviation ones. The combined labor force of the railroad companies to which the Railway Act also applies easily surpasses 100,000. Both industries are alike in many ways: corporate abuse is commonplace in both, so getting those guys to jump on the bandwagon will be a piece of cake. Heck, I'll go post it on railroad.net to get the ball rolling, so to speak.
