AE Drop trips
 

This may have been mentioned already along the lines, but it's worth repeating.

Since the contract at eagle calls for unblocking all OT, but seeing how this part won't be implemented until nearly year end (go figure). Keep in mind you can post trips in HIBOARD and others can pick it up out of there. If you simply drop into open time, there's a good chance it will be blocked depending on your seat and base. If posted in HIBOARD there's a reasonable chance someone will pick it up anyway (again depending on seat and base). This is particularly true for MIA FOs.

so the hiboard is controlled by scheduling when it should be just between the pilots posting there trip and the pilot picking it up. if the eagle mec ever mails out a copy of the contract maybe we can file a grievance against this and let the mec shoved it in the draw with the other grievances that they do not fight because alpa does not want to pay for the grievance arbitration.
