Yeah! People who go to school to become a doctor and then only work for charities in 3rd world countries are stupid! Why work so hard and spend so much money if you'll never be a millionaire. Dummies!

When I was flight instructing I had several doctors as students/clients. Many did charity work on the side or after wrapping up a successful career, NOT "only work for charities in 3rd world countries." How the heck would someone even pay off their med school bills doing that? That argument does not hold water.
