Question for Eagle BK stock holders?

I checked out my computershare account this evening and I am a little concerned. The trade down/trade up happened today and I have lost mega value.

Does anyone know what is going on with this?

Sell them and take that cash. Invest it in something else.

I talked to my financial planner and he told me to sell it ASAP. I sold as soon as we got it and invested elsewhere.

I sold mine the moment I got it. Get rid of it asap. I sold and put in my own acct, bought stock and made more. About 2 weeks ago AA was trying to pump up the stock and it did not budge.

25% was transfered to common stock. it will appear in your account within 3 business days. So your mega value is the 25%. Check ur AA email.

Anyway to avoid income taxes? My payout was only $430. So isn't it true that if it is less than $600 there is no tax? If I am taxed, can I roll it into a traditional or Roth IRA fund and not get taxed? Thanks in advanced!

Obama gets his cut whether you like it or not. I think it's considered a capital gain but I'm no accountant so I'm not sure.

You'll pay capital gain tax on it.

Cash it, take it out! Why invest in a company that wants to shut you down?
