If you're under the age of 45, and know how to use a smart phone the FMS on a CRJ will be the least of your worries in training. I would worry about knowing immediate action items, flows, call outs, and profiles... verbatim.

I really love intercept heading of 3300011.

To help out the OP though, I have the actualy manual for the COllins FMS in the 200 in PDF format. If you'd like it I'll email it to you. 9E doesn't provide it to their pilots, so I found it on a flightsim website of all places.
