RAH allegedly stopping E-175 deliveries...

My multiple social media feelers are starting to tingle with rumors that Republic can no longer staff their current E-175 deliveries. Any legitimate sources behind these rumblings?

What are your sources?

Somebody would need an MBA refresher course.

So many analogies, so little time.

I wouldn't be surprised. So many guys are popping smoke for USAir, er American, United, and others. I was reassigned so much on my last four day to deadhead and cover other flying I ended up with 34 hours of credit:eek:

Yet another datapoint...time is running out for the various management teams to try to scare their pilots into concessions, and they know it....

There might be some truth to this, I think the company and union are closing in on a TA...

I would need at least 50k to start with a promise I could make at least 75k on FO pay within 5 years. I will never make a home at another airline where I can't live off FO salary should I have too for an extended period if time.

That is exactly what it's going to take if they want to staff these airplanes. They need to lure people from the 135 and corporate and in that world money talks. They might never be able to match the salary of a guy sitting in a Global but if they can at least get in the ballpark they can start to attract guys who maybe wouldn't mind having a fixed schedule. I guarantee the first regional that starts paying FO's real money (50K+) will have a flood of qualified applicants.
