Don't like it? Instead of whining and spouting off ignorant nonsense, just go away! YOU chose to read this thread...

And thank you John, you do an excellent job!

He's the communication chair, our MEC president is a no voter, it seems like his committee members are starting to stray from him (pathetic in my opinion). I'm sure fo winkley is in his ear telling committee members what he can do for them. Maybe it's me, but I don't like that he used the word refine.

yes he does, for those that are mindless.
the point is still valid, he should not have posted it here, I could have but not he.
alpa is selling this ta hard, they have already done the deal now they must get it passed. posting it on this forum by alpa serves no purpose other than that, they have all the pilots emails and they all got the faq aip in the emails.

so you can great job john all you want, great job at what, posting b.s. answers that have no way of being enforced. why did not john post the biggest scam that alpa just pulled to take the vote away from the pilots if it was to come to the pilots.

Eagle MEC bylaws allows pilot ratification to TA's but the MEC Board votes on LOA's and need not be ratified by the pilots. Guess what the pilots got yesterday, not the TA language but the LOA language to cover all changes in the contract. Why in the LOA format, because management already has the trng reps, ord reps and mia reps in the back pocket and have the votes to pass the LOA but management and the union is not sure if it would pass if it went to the pilost.

yes john, you posted the wrong stuff, should have posted the scam stuff.
but don't worry jt8d thinks your doing a bang up job. not I.

Ok Francis, lighten up.

I posted it here, the lounge, Facebook, other places to get the word out. APC is a mix of many airlines and I thought some straight talk would be at the very least interesting to pilots of other airlines, in addition to reaching my bros at Eagle. I'm not selling anything and you have me all wrong. You can post what you like, I'm just telling you you are way off base.

Time will tell, but for now the only thing keeping me up at night is the ****-ton of work I'm doing for my eagle bros (and it is an honor) and the chess we are all playing right now. My conscience is clear.

Before you trash me, you might want to talk to someone who knows me.

I doubt buddytheelf knows what a jt8d is...

What 02-08-2014 04:59 AM

So let me get this straight, Jarred didn't send com stuff out, they relied on word of mouth and told people how evil message boards were and people were not happy.

John send stuff out via text, email, Facebook and message boards and now we are ****ed.

If you don't want the text then don't sign up, the email have them revoke you from the list, don't read the Facebook page and stay off APC and EL.

Thanks John for sharing it and I am glad that other airlines are able to see it and also share what they are being told. Last I checked we are all being told that we are getting shut down and someone else is taking the flying.... But on the other hand they are backtracking and reducing block hours and canceling flights because the staffing isn't there to do all the flying. We can only succeed if we stand together, and I mean all standing together. And yea we have a bunch that say no one will stand for you and you need to act on your own, take the cuts so you get the airplanes because the next one will... Thanks undercutting someone and we have no business doing that when the majority of the regionals are getting raises or at least holding to what they have, have proposal almost ready to be presented or tell the company where to shove it.

Buddies you're way off.

I am happy that John is posting this info. A lot of our guys do not have their contact info up to date with ALPA. This is just another venue to enable our guys to make an inform vote. John is head and shoulders above our last Comm Chair.

Please vote No.
The market should dictate our terms and conditions, not the company.

The market will dictate our terms and conditions regardless of a yes or no vote. If the market determines we should be paid more then the company will offer it to attract new hires. Obviously the company thinks 175s and a flow through is enough to attract applicants. Are they correct? I don't know, only time will tell.

If it even makes it to the polls I would expect a voting spread similar to XJT's recent vote.
