Ya, because you are dumb like most others. RJ's must be limited to 50 seats max. Do you want to spend your career at the "regionals"? You are the epitime of the modern day RJ driver. Have a nice career. Merry Christmas:)

The term RJ needs to be eliminated. All jets should be flown by major airlines. HotMama tell all your buddies at the majors to quit giving up scope and that they shouldn't be to good to fly an "RJ" or soon they won't be flying anything because all of the regionals will keep getting bigger and bigger airplanes.

As for Slaphappy he is one of the few at the regionals that just doesn't get it. And is in the minority of how most regional pilots feel. Bigger planes less money less major jobs. It doesn't make sense why anyone would want that.

Nope I'm noy in the minority. The ALPA drive has bene going since March and they have only gotten 34% of the cards back. They want at least 60% before they call the vote.

You just don't get it. I never mentioned a union. It would be nice if you guys would get one, but that is not what I'm talking about. Regional airline pilots should not want to get bigger planes. It will only cost us all in the long run.

Upgrade time just went to 20 months here on the jet and less than 6 on the e120. I'm happy and I know many of you get jelious about that but thats ok. Its human nature to hate the sucesses of others.

Sorry, I hate to be that guy, but I'm going to anyway, this was ridiculous:

1. Competators
2. jelious
3. sucesses

Good work.

NO, 6%, that $4 for a 3 year CA. Your a funny man, you keep refusing and we'll keep upgrading and moving on. We are not the lowest cost carrier so maybe you should reposition your stance.

6% may not be anything to talk about but with each additional you’re to goes up by one bargain a TA. percent and by 2010 with will be a total change in 9%. Hopefully by then we will be unionized can collective

I agree, "At Will Employment" has to end. Otherwise as we grow Mgmnt can force the growing pains back on us by reducing our QOL until they catch up this their growth. We need a union; otherwise you’ll see more moves like when we PREVIOUSLY flew 70’s for 50 seat pay. That benefited the company but it’s time they recognized our sacrifice. The new pay proposal was a step in the right direction but it will unfortunately take a union to get us the rest of the way.

A union will only hurt skywest in the longrun. It well keep us from getting new flying and we will end up like comair or asa.

I'm confused with why you guys had to sacrifice in the first place. Its been...yep, 34 years of profitability, hasn't it JetJock? Is it the comfort you feel as Mr. Jerry gets behind you and tells you everything will be OK as he bends you over and slowly slips it in?

Way to be mature about it. Who you pull for, what you do, where/what you fly, how immature you are doesn't have anything to do with SkyW winning that flying. What does have a lot to do with it is the fact that SkyW pilots and FA's work for crap wages, and AWAC/XJT refuse to fly a 86 seat jet for less than 50 seat rates at our airlines.

You should be happy that your company uses Mesa as a business model. Nice job spelling by the way.... keep up the good work and Merry Christmas Mr. I've never won a thing in my life and I want to take up the @ss from my company and go celebrate it like a moron on a message board.

P.S. I would love it if you made the above statement to someone face to face, try it sometime.
