80kts I have very little respect for you in your role as a moderator. Everyone should have the right to discuss their opinion here without being chastised by the moderators who run the forum. You are supposed to facilitate open discussion.
I fully support the AE pilots, I have many college friends there. They have strong bargaining power, I hope they utilize it to it's max. IMHO should be on AA's seniority list and payroll right now.
PS I posted this in Richfield Minnesota, saved you the time from looking it up. Does this wrongly mark me as evil management now, since our HQ is here?? PS I am a line pilot.

I guess I don't get to have an opinion. I'm hoping for the best for us all...but go ahead and call/think of me what you want.
Just wait for the summer, it will be interesting. If the company starts displacing and play kids games (like they've been doing since December), they will be in big trouble.

The RAH vote now becomes even more important than ever. This is potentially the beginning of a long needed collusion of sizable pilot groups, in a downtrodden part of the industry.
Airlines have relished for a long time now, the ability to B-slap pilots.

Relax man, you won't lose your 40K. You won't be displaced, and you will have career progression, at AA or anywhere you want.

But it's all in the past now. We have to move forward and embrace this direction we have taken. The majority spoke and I respect that. As such I'll take up the fight myself. I just needed to say what was on my mind and now that is done.
I very happy at the turnout. Still wonder why 8% didn't bother to vote.
