Performance Rewards is SkyWest Airlines new way for employees to share in the operational and financial success of the company. With Performance Rewards, we can receive payouts for meeting our operational performance goals each quarter, and we will receive payouts for our financial performance on a quarterly basis — 1% or above added to considered earnings on a point-per-point basis.

The program began January 1, 2005 and has two parts:

Operational Performance Reward: Employees with one or more years of service are eligible for this piece, which is designed to foster the SkyWest TEAM culture by rewarding performance in four areas:
Completion
On-time
Baggage
Passenger Satisfaction

Financial Performance Reward: Employees with two or more years of service are eligible for this piece, which allows employees to share in the financial success of the company.

What is SkyWest's pay periods? In of month? Twice a month? Every two weeks? - Thanks

Aero Crew News has the majority of this information and stays pretty up to date. Not 100% perfect with the current pace of changes, but better than a random 10 year old forum thread.

True, but it would be interesting to post that document here and compare it with 2007 rates. Just showing how the pilot shortage has affected pay etc on the regional level. Even in 2012 most regional first year pay was $22-23 per hour, American Eagle, now Envoy was up there with $27/hr (I think AirWis was about the same as Eagle) and bottoming out was probably Great Lakes at $16/ hour with Mesa probably pretty close to that.

There were also a lot more training contracts for leaving the regionals, where now we are seeing bonuses paid upon time of service, so if you do leave early, you miss out on money.
