The only people I've heard of being washed out at SkyWest were people with terrible attitudes. They will go above and beyond, three strikes or up to 10 extra hours of sim is what we were told. Thats pretty substantial.

They seem to use the interview as the pass or fail.

SkyWest has a great training department.

I've also heard Mesa's is pretty top notch too.
