So Skywests upgrade to hold a line is not 1.5 years. Seems otherwise they are clearly the regional to go to.
Can anyone tell me how equipment selection generally works or do they just pick out of a hat as to what they have available and give it to you.. ( thats any regionals Im asking about btw ) |

Probably because the FAA is all over the training center since it's a new plane and people with no 121 experience are more likely to fail training or struggle to get through. Skywest isn't letting any new hires into the 175 yet even if you have 121 experience for similar reasons.
I don't think it has anything to do with the size of the plane...a 175 is easier to fly than a saab or dash 8...FLY THE COCKPIT. |
