Please stop making up stories. You're starting to sound like the top recruiter.

You poor Mesa guys, people always "attacking" you. Wonder why?

You should get paid to skip the DH, especially if it's on another carrier and they can cancel (and not pay for) the booking. As for the percentage you get paid, while I agree it should be 100%, some regionals just aren't going to go for that out of spite. When I was at Comair, it started at 50% pay, then in 2001 went to 75% for a year, then to 100%.
You know what happens when DH pay goes to 100%? You find yourself doing FAR fewer scheduled DHs. When we began giving concessions, we had to give on the DH pay. It went back to 75%. However--and you should take this to your MEC/Negotiating Committee--we were able to get the company to use 100% pay credit for building the schedules, so we could get better trips and a little more time off; the pay adjustment took place after the trip. |

Did you get "attacked" when you were at Mesa? Butt hurt? And, no I don't work for Mesa.
Bro. Don't ruin another thread. I know I have all you guys on the line, hook set. Let's show a little class. God bless, Facebiter |
One hundred percent pay at tsa starting this August
|
100% at XJT ERJ side, even it you don't take the DH.
Additionally, if the DH is on company metal then it's block or better( if scheduled time was higher than block). Last month I had 89 hours of credit and only 66 hours of block... (On reserve). |
