Black Zipper Tie not Wide as Mackinac Bridge

Is anyone aware of an outfit producing a black zipper tie that is not seemingly several inches wide at the base?

Not looking for an Italian secret agent get-up but I've held off on the zip-tie purchase for several years because I cannot seem to find one not modeled after after a low-key detective support role from one of the Dirty Harry movies.

I will probably grab a fatty if nothing else is available due to the increasing lethargy I am faced with.

Go in peace and chug the whiskey.

Or you could get a proper tie and feel like a man? LoL

I did a zipper tie myself for about two months. Then I learned to tie a good knot and graduated.

This post implied that for three years I have been tying a tie daily.

Thanks!

You could eat 16 Krystal burgers with a Baby Ruth chaser every day for a year. Might I also suggest the airport courtesy cart for gate to gate transportation.

Your tie will appear pencil thin in no time.

I could certainly live on Krystal. At least for a while...

Yup: get the (20" is normal) cravats zipper tie. Wore it for years. A pilot owns this company. Real good guy. I hated the clown wide ties too.

Hopefully you learned to tie a tie before you interviewed or was it a clip-on before you graduated? lol. Good grief, some of you guys will knock anyone any chance you get. I will never get rid of my zipper tie. I have a hard enough time getting the toothpaste on the toothbrush at 4 in the morning. My zipper tie gives me 5 more minutes of sleep, easy.

Been Zipper Strong for ten years now and my knot will always look more professional than yours!! Zipper tie till I die!!

But no, I get mine from the Stop Over Store, not sure if they're the fat ones the OP is referring to.

I've always just tied the best windsor knot I can make and kept it tied. When I need it off, I just slide the small part (like a zipper tie) and took it off from around my neck. Unless you're head is giant, then it won't work. :D

Because wearing the worst invention in the history of man makes you a real man!
