I decided on ASA.......

Well I decided that I would start out with ASA. I emailed them my resume through their website. Does anyone on here know how long call backs are taking right now? If I dont hear back from them I am prolly gonna put in with Horizon and Skywest, maybe Pinnacle.

I'm interviewing there next monday. I'll let you know how it goes. Does anybody know any details on the proposed new pilot contract?

Nothing has been set in stone yet. We are back in talks next week. Some of the sections that have been TAed will make your quality of life here much better. The company needs to get the contract done. Hopefully we will have something good to report next week.

You should hear back failry quickly. They cannot get enought qualified people.

I just got the call two days ago. I'm going to be interviewing in a couple weeks. Could you please give me a detailed interview gouge once you get done with your interview. I would really really appreciate it. I am completely freaking out because I really want this job. Anything you could tell me would be great. I know the basics of the interview but I would like to hear a more detailed account of a very recent interview. If anyone else has interviewed lately I would like to hear from you too. Thanks UNDGUY: [email protected]

My advice for any interview at any job is NOT TO FREAK OUT. As long as you show some basic level of knowledge, the rest is all personality. Just relax and show them that you are a decent person who they wouldn't mind sitting next to all day and having a beer with at the hotel.

I hope the QOL improves substantially. Starting pay is less than many 1900 FOs. Although the second year may balance that out a little, it is still rough...

Any idea on what kind of contract they require of new hires? Training bond?

How long was it before you got the call from when you sent in your resume? Did you e-mail or fax it?

Is this what it has really turned into? CFI's can pick where they want to work?
