How much SIM time for training?

Here at Envoy we allow 9 four hour simulator sessions (2-3 hours If one student) for longterm training. 1 two hour session for PC/Checkride and 1 four hour LOFT (Line Oriented Flight Training) session. We allow FO/FO, CA/FO, and CA/CA pairings for training. All training is done with in house instructors. I was wondering how other regional airline training departments compare in these aspects to Envoy's training program.

basically exactly the same as Endeavor

At C5 we get 7 sim sessions.

You need a girlfriend. Or boyfriend depending on your preferences.

Skywest is pretty similar. Five FTD sessions and 5 Sim sessions. I've had both CA/FO and FO/FO pairs.

PDT is 13 approx 4 hour sessions, with some flexibility for more if needed.

2 Warm-Up Sims, 6 Lessons, MV, 3 LOFTs, and LOE (basically a LOFT, but the Checkride). Training dept added warm-ups and more LOFT to program after some people had issues in past. FO/FO or FO/CA pairings.

Lol, seriously! Why does this matter?

In traditional airlines you got 6 sims and then the check ride.
A loft usually followed the ride.

NK is 4 4-hr sim training sessions:
sims 1-2 are normal procedures (day 1 precision approaches, day 2 nonprecision approaches)
sim 3 are abnormals and engine out, V1 cuts
sim 4 no-flap landings and phase check

checkride which is a type-ride (ATP if one doesn't have it), PC (Cat III) , and then right-seat validation. no approach to stall demos or steep turns on the type-ride or PC.

4-hr LOFT.

pairings are FO/FO. training doesn't integrate newhire sim training with upgrade sim training, so there won't be any CA/FO pairings as a newhire and CA upgrade sim training will be CA/CA.

very few need more than 4 sim sessions.

Do you use flight training devices prior to the sim or is this part of your 9 sessions?
