RAH bonus?

The Company closed:-((

Beech90 10-01-2014 03:51 AM

What's the tax rate on the bonus?

gatorhater 10-01-2014 04:08 AM

They withhold more from bonus checks but at the end of the year is is lumped in with your regular earnings to determine your tax bracket. Generally for a new fo that would mean a larger refund in the spring. Kinda like spreading out your bonus over time.

RAH bonus?

If you are coming from a decent job where you were treated with respect -hell, even like an adult- and your work, time and opinion were valued, you will have serious regrets about joining RAH.

if not RAH, so any suggestions than?

Heard something about 7000 for E-170 and 12000 for Q400. Rumors only, not verified.
Goodluck and do have a look at Mesa and PSA. Its the crappy airlines that usually survive and thrive , in this industry.

Welcome to the real world. Some of us quickly get tired of losing a job when the owner sells the bizjet, no matter how much money they offer and how good they treat us while they are still in business.
We all have to start somewhere, its a job......

Man proposes, God disposes. A lot of folks here, especially the luckier ones, talk like they are forever in control of their own destiny.

Several Captains I've talked to have confirmed $7000 for the E-170. They tell me, that's what the new guys in training are getting now.
