myself here so that I may gain access to the "other" search tools available to active members.

A little about me:
I am a 27 year old Texan, I am currently working as a CFI in hopes of jumping on the career ladder very soon! I have about 310 hrs right now, and slowly but surely these hours will rack up into a meaningful number that I can use. Not much else that is exciting to share, I will come up with more questions later.
Adios!

Good luck! It's going to take a lot of patience and a lot of meaningful flight time before those 310 hours will amount to anything most regionals might consider appealing. I don't know your background or your makeup of time, but concentrate on multi instrument if available. Also, networking will come in very handy when it comes to landing that first 121 and/or 135 gig.

That is a true statement, but for me, that 310 hours to become meaningful took less than two years.
It is not too bad really in the long run
