Regional Attrition
How many pilots has your regional lost in the last month? How about over this past year? I'm trying to get a sense for the attrition at the major regionals.

I'd be interested how many are actually moving up to majors, and better jobs in corporate flight departments or cargo. Not just who is jumping ship from one regional to another. Though I'm guessing people leaving Horizon and Skywest are probably moving on to greener pastures given they are usually considered the 'best' regionals?
