Is Piedmont a 4 hour daily average or a 4 hour daily minimum?

Trans States has 4 hours min day for a full calendar day free from work on an overnight.

If you're a line holder and working that day, does the 4-hour minimum apply?

Other than that, it's up to the rigs.

What are your rigs? I believe horizon pilots have the overall highest compensation among regional pilots probably followed by Air Wisconsin.

Unless you're on reserve. Then you don't get paid for anything you don't do.

No, he just reminded me to check the other thread. But to add to this thread, this particular thing is probably the worst part of the XJT contract. XJT's minimum daily pay on a working duty day is only 2.0 hours (average is 4.8). But specifically to the OP's question, XJT's non-duty day pay (calendar day layover) is 3.0 hours. And lastly, its 3.75 hours if you pick up on a day off.
