Interview Questions...

What are some good questions to ask during an interview? I can't really think of anything that they don't already explain in their presentations.

No no no...I guess I did'nt say it right. What are some good questions for me to ask at the end of an interview when they ask if you have any questions?

Questions

I think asking how long to expect till a upgrade shows you intend to stick around. If it is not covered in the interview

I think you should sit down and spend some time thinking about what you expect your experience to be at XYZ carrier. I'm not talking about life as you've heard on the forum, but what you expect from a career at any carrier. Now take those expectations and compare them to what you already know about the company. The differences or holes might be a good place to begin when thinking about questions. In my experience, asking questions just for the sake of asking questions is silly. You should ask questions because you want to know things.

If that fails, do a little research on the company. Research what makes them tick. Look up what they've tried to do and succeeded. Look up what they've tried to do and failed. Look at what vision they have for the future. Educate yourself on the industry, and see how certain developments in the industry are going to apply to the company.

These steps are how you come up with real questions to ask the company. These are how you come across not looking like a cookie cutter interviewee who went on aviation interviews and flight info to find out what questions you should ask them. Good luck to you.

You are on a layover. You go down stairs and see your captain in the restaurant wearing a dress. What do you do??

Nothing. Your captain is a female.... watch out for that one. tricky tricky
