We only have one life so follow your dreams, but try to take calculated steps with measured risk. |
Not that I would go to work for Mesa but doesn't mesa have ALPA for there union and if they do the pilots aren't required to do anything outside of there contract. So it sounds to me like ALPA isn't doing anything for the pilots but taking there money.

let's be realistic, like groovinaviatior said, with a couple hundred posts on this forum you can't honestly say that you don't know what the deal with mesa is. if that's the case then learn to use the search function and you will find everything you need to know without having to throw this garbage flame bait out there for people to go nuts on.
you know as well as i that this thread was started in an attempt to restart the b!tching that people rant on and on about this company on this forum. you just figured it hasn't been a hot topic lately so why not start it back up again. now if i'm completely off base for my comments then, ummm, no i can't say i'm sorry. ignorance is bliss! No, you are incorrect. I am not one of these 22 year old trying to start crap I dont even know what flame bait means. I dont have the time for that stuff. I ask honestquestions, now if you dont want to give me honest answers fel free not to post an answer at all. I didnt ask anyone to post negativity. If you dont have an answer than ignore the post. If you want to be helpful than answer. Its really just that simple. Thank you. |

and im doing the exact opposite! along with many others! say there man, at your cozy job. you dont have to worry about being laid off because other police officers work for less, you dont have to worry about losing your pension. save a few bucks and buy your own plane. all the fun of flying with none of the headaches (except Mx)
I do have a plan. If the airline thing doesnt work out, I will go back to poliving and fly for law enforcement. I can aford to buy and maintain an airplane. I have wanted to be a pilot since I was a kid (although my original goal was a military pilot not airline) |

Use the search function on MESA and it will answer all your questions. Just take a little time and you'll soon realize why Mess-A isn't worth your time. |
Thanks. Thats all I ask is a little civility

Look, I am not ready for ANY airline. I am just a guy who has a commercial multi with 500/50. I am a police oficer THINKING of going into the airline industry so I am trying toget all the information I can. I met this lady the other day at the flight schol I attend, Se is a graduate and I over heard her talking about how she was a Captain with Mesa. She didnt look like she was older than 25. I am 38 and I figurd I would ask about this airline. Thats my reserach. Thanks for all the serious responses.
